USSC Seeks to Amend Fraud Guidelines
Last month, the U.S. Sentencing Commission published proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines, including significant proposed revisions to the guideline governing fraud, 2B1.1. Issues for comment were also published regarding the mitigating role guideline and drugs flavored to attract use by children. The proposed amendments can be found here.
