FCLC Member Greg Mason Shares Insights on Key FCA Ruling in Recent Law360 Article
FCLC member and Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti attorney Greg Mason was interviewed in a recent Law360 article, discussing an important False Claims Act (“FCA”) ruling out of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The article quotes Mason discussing the fact that the decision plays into a growing circuit split over the interpretation of the “resulting from” language in the 2010 amendments to the Anti-Kickback Statute.
