Dear FCLC Members and Supporters,

The Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce its next meeting and CLE program on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, beginning at 12:00 pm.  FCLC member Noel Hillman (U.S.D.J. ret.), Director, White Collar & Investigations Group and Chair, Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Gibbons P.C., will moderate a panel discussion highlighting the progression of DOJ policies since September 2022 related to corporate criminal prosecution.  Topics will include the Monaco memo, the Voluntary Self Disclosure policy and M&A Safe Harbor policy, as well as the SDNY self-disclosure program for individuals and the new DOJ Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot Program.  Our panel of experienced attorneys will address these issues and more!

For those who want to attend in person, Gibbons is sponsoring this event at their offices located at One Logan Square, Suite 1210, Philadelphia, PA 19103.  The lunch will begin at noon.  The CLE portion of the event will begin at 12:30 pm.  One hour of CLE credit will be provided at no additional cost.

Admission is $15 for FCLC members and $25 for non-members.
