Dear FCLC Members and Supporters,

It is our distinct honor and privilege to invite you to this special meeting, where we will hear from the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, David Metcalf, along with First Assistant Derek Hines. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, beginning at 12:00 p.m.

The FCLC has traditionally welcomed the United States attorney for updates and discussions on the priorities and recent developments of the office, and we look forward to continuing that tradition with Mr. Metcalf and Mr. Hines. The discussion promises to be lively and important to all criminal practitioners who have matters in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

For those who want to attend in person, our friends at Cozen O’Connor have graciously agreed to host the event at their offices located at Liberty Place, 1650 Market St #2800, Philadelphia, PA 19103. Lunch will be served at noon, and the substantive program will begin at 12:30 pm.

For those who want to attend virtually, a login link will be sent to registered participants before the event, to the email address used to register.

Admission is $15 for FCLC members and $25 for non-members.
